Do I need to install anything?
Yes, you need to install our VPN software, which you can find in the products section. The download is small and installation quick. Your configuration details are built in to the download, so once installed, there's nothing to set up!
How do I get the software?
The software is provided to you when you subscribe to one of our VPN packages.
My installation failed. What do I do?
Our VPN software works on most recent Windows operating systems. If you have an issue with the installation, please contact our support department either via Live Chat, or sending us an email via our contact page.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Currently, this must be done from within your PayPal account.
